The Question i have is when is Top Gear returning? If your into your cars there is going to be one car show you cannot live without and for me it is Top Gear. This show has everything a car show should have which is great presenters Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond & James May and together these guys can be unbelievably funny.

As well as showing the newest cars the also look at the old comparing and racing each in a verity of challenges. The challenges they take will make any one envy them especially the ones they have done abroad.

The only thing i want to know now is when the show is going to return.

Santa Pod Raceway – Home to the fastest and loudest motorsport on the earth!!

With its infamous quarter mile strip of European Drag Racing – its host to the national televised ‘FIA European Drag Racing Championships’, and here you’ll find all the action – from dragsters to demolition to beetles to bikes!!!

Over the year during the race season (January to November), Pod hosts over 50 events helping to draw in crowds of thousands from all over the UK and abroad…

Besides public track days, they have all kinds of events going on – such as Specialist events like ‘Performance Vauxhall’ and ‘Classic Ford’ Shows, Classic Car Collections, Modified car shows (The Fast Show and Ultimate Street Car) and ‘Run What Ya Brung’

As well as Japanese Performance Car Shows, VW Beetle & Camper Van festivals (Bug Jam and Big Bang) and most importantly! – The National Drag Races!!!

It’s an action packed 3-day monstrosity with all kinds of attractions besides the racing, from Fairground Rides, Music Tents, Cars for Sale, Fun Activities in the Sun, Racing Accessories, Food Stalls and the best bit – aeroplane engine powered Jet Cars!!!

The grounds are full of weekend campers and the weather is usually beautiful! So remember to get involved in the endless fun and stock up the suntan oil and that outdoor equipment!!!

The eve of the Shanghai Auto Show and Porsche are set to unveil their latest entrant into the luxury Sedan market. Sunday night saw the importance of the introduction to the Chinese auto market and the first time they have ventured outside Europe and North America.

As a result, Porsche sales in China have risen 10 percent in the last month, and exceeded sales in America for the third month running – making China the World’s biggest ‘single-country’ market. This had attracted many other automakers from around the globe pay particular attention to the Chinese Market. A range of models are now flooding in on their way to be introduced here now.

Fears that the British Motor Show will be axed due to the current economic climate have become apparent today as we continue on the slippy slope of rapid deterioration in the British Motor Industry. ..

Never before has this been a threat to the Motor Show but since its recent decline, it looks like the show might never return! Only if the economy picks up will it consider a re-launch…

But it’s not just us!

In Tokyo, they are also cancelling the show, whist in Detroit this 09′, Nissan, Land-Rover, Porsche and Ferrari were all absent!

It’s a shame we say, to see such a world-wide exhibition effected in this way. In recent years it’s been an impulsive magnet of public interest, but with manufacturers and world debuts dwindling, motor-shows across the globe especially ‘British’, due to the lack of home-grown UK manufacturers means there is nothing left to exhibit!

This is how the next generation C-Max will look! Yes its the Losis Max! The new concept car that will give us, especially ‘familys’ an idea of whats to come, if you live in a C-Max or a Focus, this is the future!!!….

As it makes its debut at the Geneva Motor Show, the model shows off a new front with a six-bar lower grille and long stretched back headlights. It has a split tail-gate much like the Skoda Superb, and a full length glass roof with spoiler! Other ailments include sliding rear doors, no B-pillars! and floating seats!

Well we sure want to see them!!!

The concept car, being smaller than the current C-Max, is purposed just to give a glance at what is in production. In actual fact, the full 5 seat specification will be available similar to the sporty concept version and for the first time ever – will be available in a seven seater trim too! ooohhhh!!!!
